To obtain a position as an IT Technician there are some key points that employers
are looking for.
Although being technically strong is important, being able to communicate in Japanese
is also important. Ideally you should have passed the second level of the Japanese
Language Proficiency Test. Many of the larger multinational corporations in Japan
are companies in the financial industry, as such if you have financial experience
it would be helpful.
