PANACHE Privacy Notice
Personal Data Protection Policy of PANACHE

With regard to the personal data of clients and business contacts used in the course of the Company's business, the Company shall observe all laws, ordinances and standards related to personal information protection and establish voluntary rules and/or frameworks in response to international trends to set forth the following our compliance program based on JIS Q15001, and declares that it will implement and uphold the said policy.

Note

  1. 1. In order to implement this declaration, the Company shall set forth and publicize the "PANACHE International Personal Information Protection Regulations", and also familiarize the Company's employees - including executives and regular employees, part-time employees, temporary personnel and other employees - and other related parties with them to implement, improve and uphold said regulations.
  2. In order to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration and/or leakage of personal information, the Company shall formulate a "Security Management Plan" (security policy), and shall take appropriate information security measures, such as measures against unauthorized access and computer virus countermeasures.
  3. 3. All personal information on the PANACHE International l Website will be encrypted using the SSL (Security Socket Layer). In using a compatible browser for the SSL, the personal information will be automatically sent and received encrypted.
  4. The company shall only acquire personal information by legal and fair means, not by any illegal means, and shall either obtain consent from the individual who is the subject of the information with regard to how the information will be used, or shall post any required information on the Company's Internet web site.
  5. In the event that the Company acquires personal information indirectly, the Company shall verify whether the provider of said information obtained it from the subject of the information by proper means, and shall make contractual provisions and post any required information on how the information will be used on the Company's Internet web site.
  6. The Company confirms that the subject of the information (individual in the personal information) has the right to disclose, amend, stop the use of (cease and desist) and purge their own personal information, and the Company shall comply with such requests from the subject of the information without objection.
  7. In the event that the Company shares personal information with a third party or places personal information in escrow with a third party in order to outsource operations, the Company shall investigate the third party and conclude any necessary agreements, and take any other legally required measures.
  8. Principles of the specific collection of personal information and its handling are set forth below.

Personal Information Usage Principle
  • Personal information shall only be used by a party empowered to perform a specific operation within the scope of the collection purpose as long as necessary to conduct said operation.

Prohibited Activities
  • The provision of personal information to a third party is in principle prohibited.
  • Personal information shall not be used for a purpose other than those intended, removed from the place where it is normally used or leaked by transmission to outside parties and so forth.
  • Employees of the Company may not disclose the content of personal information obtained in the course of their work to a third party, and may not use said information for unjust purposes. Even after employees retire from said work, the same principle applies and the Company shall take the necessary measures to prevent them from disclosing said personal information.
  • The Company shall not collect, use or provide any personal information that contains the following content.
  1. Items related to ideology, belief and religion.
  2. Items related to race, ethnicity, lineage, and domicile of origin (excluding information related to residential area), physical/mental disorders, criminal record and other issues that may lead to social discrimination.
  3. Items related to activities such as the right of workers to organize, collective bargaining and other group activities.
  4. Items related to participation in mass demonstrations, the use of the right of petition and the use of other political rights.
  5. Items related to health and sex life.
